Tennis Ally Support

Tennis Ally is an AI tennis coach you talk to. It remembers your game from one conversation to the next, reviews video of your strokes, keeps your match log, and builds a plan around your goals. It is made by Hard Candy, LLC, free to use, with no ads and no in-app purchases.

Get help

Email support@hardcandy.ai. A person reads it. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead; a screenshot helps. If it is about the coach giving you a bad answer, include roughly when it happened so we can look at that session.

The app version is on the Settings screen (open the gear icon on the Coach tab, then scroll to the bottom). Please include it.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app; no email required. It removes your account and everything attached to it: conversations, your game model, matches, league record, settings, and push registration. This cannot be undone.

  1. Open the app and tap the gear icon at the top of the Coach tab to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account… and tap it once. The row changes to Tap again to permanently delete your account and ALL data.
  3. Tap it a second time to confirm. You are signed out and the account is gone.

Want a copy first? Tap Export my data on the same screen before you delete; it hands you one file with everything we hold for you.

Prefer to keep the account but wipe the coaching history? Start over with your coach…, also in Settings, clears conversations, your game model, matches, and league lookups while keeping your sign-in. It offers an export first.

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@hardcandy.ai from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Common questions

The coach does not remember something. It carries a working model of your game, not a transcript archive. If something is missing or wrong, open the Your game tab and correct it, or simply tell the coach; it updates on the spot.

Live voice stopped. Live voice sessions have a daily minute allowance and a per-session limit. Typing to the coach is always available, and the allowance resets each day.

Camera, microphone, or photos were denied. Change it in your phone’s Settings under Tennis Ally. Each permission is optional; typing always works.
